面瘫急性期针灸治疗的探讨

Discussion on Acupuncture Treatment for Acute Facial Paralysis

目前临床上对面瘫急性期能否介入针灸治疗存在很大分歧,一些医者认为急性期可介入针灸治疗,但也有很大部分的医生尤其西医工作者持反对观点。本文将从中西医两方面对面瘫发病的病因病机等进行探讨,以期论证急性期面瘫可针的观点。

There are a lot of differences on whether acute facial paralysis can be treated by acupuncture at present.Some doctors think the earlier patients use acupuncture treatment,the better the results will be.However,there are also some doctors who have the opposed views especially western medicine doctors.The author thinks that it should begin to use acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis as soon as it occurs.This paper will discuss the reasons from the two aspects of traditional Chinese and western medicine on the pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis.
