《阴符经》管理思想研究

'Yin Fu Jing' is an important Taoist classics,the text is very short,but contains many profound concept of human-heaven,profound philosophical life skills and a wealth of management ideas. 'Yin Fu Jing' thinks that the correspondence between man and personnel conforms to justice,we can develop smoothly;the relationships between heaven and earth,all things on earth like the relations of biological 'food chain'.Mutual health and restraint constitutes a balanced and stable relation;something between unity of opposites,a good grasp of degree between opposites is the key to maintain the smooth development of things.These ideas among 'Yin Fu Jing' for social affairs management and daily acts have important guiding functions,and contain a wealth of management wisdom.
