新疆塔吉克族健康人群脂蛋白脂酶Hind Ⅲ基因多态性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨脂蛋白酯酶(lipoprotein lipase,LPL)基因HindⅢ酶切位点多态性在塔吉克族健康人群中的分布及其在不同民族间的分布差异。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测91例塔吉克族(男性36人,女性55人)LPL基因型并计算出其基因型频率及等位基因频率,并通过查阅文献[10-17]结合统计学软件进行了不同种族间的基因型分布差异比较。结果塔吉克族91例正常人群中H+H+,H+H-,H-H-基因型频率分别为62.64%,31.87%,5.49%,H+,H-等位基因频率分别为78.57%,21.43%。两组男女人群在基因型频率和等位基因频率上均无显著的统计学差异(P=0.652,P=0.187)。而与美国,法国,英国,韩国,印度等人群间比较,基因型和等位基因频率均存在极显著和显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),与广西和吉林人群比较差异无显著(P>0.05)。结论新疆塔吉克族人群中存在LPL基因HindⅢ酶切位点多态性在同族男女间无显著性差异,可在不同种族间存在着较大的差异,这种差异可能是导致某些疾病在不同种族间的发现率和临床表现存在显著不同的因素之一。 Objective To investigate the distribution of the gene polymorphism at position LPL gene Hind III restriction enzyme in the healthy Tajik population in Xinjiang, as well as to compare distributions of genotype and allele frequencies among different races and countries. The genotype and allele frequencies of LPL gene Hind IlI restriction enzyme were detected by polyrnerase chain reaction · -restriction fragment in 91 healthy Tajik nationality people in Xin- jiang. Results The frequency distribution of 3 genotypes,i, e. H+H+ ,H+H- ,H-H- respectively 62.64% ,31.87%, 5. 49%, H+, H- Allele frequency was 79.58% ,21.64% ,The polymorphism was not related to sex,The different were detedcted in genotype of LPL gene Hind III restriction enzyme among ethnics and areas of American,French,British, Korean and Indian people (P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05) ;No difference was detected between Guangxi and Jilin people In china. Conclusion LPL gene Hind III restriction enzyme polymorphism distribution was no significant difference in Tajik men and women,but difference was detected among different ethnics.
