摘要
目的研究明目颗粒的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的苍术、化橘红、防风进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。结果苍术、化橘红、防风的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强;芍药苷在10.92~109.2μg 范围内有良好的线性关系,r =10.000,平均加样回收率为970.3%,RDS为12.%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该颗粒剂的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the quality standards of Mingmu Granule . Methods The identification of atractylodis rhizoma , citri exocarpium pubrum , saposhnikoviae radix were carried out by TLC . The content of Paeoniflorin was determinded by HPLC . Results Atractylodis rhizoma , citri exocarpium pubrum , and saposhnikoviae radix could be detected by TLC . A good linearity of Paeoniflorin was in the range of 1 .092 ~10 .92 μg( r = 1 .0000) and the average recovery was 97 .03% ,RDS was 1 .2% ( n= 5) .Conclusion This method is simple , accurate and has good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Mingmu Granule .
