子宫动脉栓塞术治疗妇产科出血性疾病31例分析

Analysis of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of hemorrhagic disease of gynecology and obstetrics in 31 cases

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在治疗妇产科出血性疾病中的应用价值。方法:对31例妇产科异常出血性疾病的患者行选择性子宫动脉栓塞术。结果:31例患者均有效实施子宫动脉栓塞术,均达到了止血的目的,不良反应轻微。结论:子宫动脉栓塞是一种治疗妇产科出血性疾病有效的方法,疗效肯定,值得临床进一步推广及应用。

Objective：To investigate the application value of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of hemorrhagic disease of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods：Thirty-one patients with abnormal hemorrhagic disease of gynecology and obstetrics were treated with uterine artery embolization. Results ： All uterine artery embolizations of 31 patients were successful, the effects of hemostasis of which were good. The adverse reactions were mild. Conclusions：Uterine artery embolization is an effective therapy means for hemorrhagic disease of gynaecology and obstetrics ,which can obtain good curative effects and deserves to be spread and applied in clinic.
