浅谈政府行为影响下传统商业街区的演化与重生——以长沙市晏家塘小古道巷为例

Research on Evolution and Rebirth of the Traditional Commercial Blocks under the Influence of the Government Behavior: A Case Study of Xiaogudao Block,Yanjiatang, Changsha

城市中的传统商业街区拥有悠久的历史和商业文化,延续着城市的发展脉络。多数的传统商业街区处于旧城中心位置,随着经济及社会环境的改变,它们已经成为存在问题最多、急需进行更新改造的地区,否则将面临衰落甚至消亡的命运。此时政府行为的介入往往决定着传统商业街区的转折与重生。该文通过对长沙市晏家塘小古道巷建国以来空间生长的梳理,探讨传统商业街巷的自身发展规律和以政府行为为代表的他组织机制对街巷生长的影响,以期更好地理解当下传统商业街衰败的根源,找出适合的发展策略,为传统商业街区的转型与更新提供参考和借鉴。

Urban traditional commercial blocks have a long history and business culture,which continued the development venation of the city.Most of these traditional commercial streets have been located in the old city center.With the change of the economic and social environment,they are becoming a problem which needs to update,even to face the decline or even the fate of death.Government＇s behavior intervention often determines the transition and rebirth of traditional commercial streets.Through the research of the Xiaogudao block＇s space growth since the founding of state,this paper tries to explore the traditional commercial blocks＇ own development regularity and the influence of government behavior,in order to better understand the root of the decay of traditional business streets,and provides a reference for the transformation and update of traditional commercial blocks.
