作为我国著名的民俗学家、人类学家,杨成志先生在彝文文献的搜集、收藏和整理研究方面的贡献独树一帜。他以敏锐的学术眼光对彝文文献进行系统的搜集、整理、研究,并取得令人瞩目的成果,是当之无愧的彝文文献研究的先行者和拓荒者,为后学的整理、研究提供了借鉴和参考。他早期关于彝文文献的许多著述,在很长一段时间内,是该学科领域的标志性经典。

As a famous ethnologist and anthropologist, Yang Chengzhi collection, research on the Yi＇ s documentaries. Because of Yang Chengzhi played a important role in the ＇s unique contribution to Yi~ documentaries, he was undoubtedly one of the forerunners in this field, and so his study on the translation workshop can be a reference for the establishment of translation organization and the translation of large - scale works. Many of his early works about Yi＇ s documentaries were the symbolic achievements in this field over a long time.
