摘要
报导了一种新型电接触材料的研究开发成果 .在目前普遍使用的银碳化钨 -石墨体系电接触材料的基础上 ,添加适量的碳化钛 ,并采用化学包覆技术在添加物粉体的表面全量镀银制成 Ag80 ( WC70 Ti C3 0 ) 1 7C3 (重量百分比 )复合粉末 ,经粉末冶金工艺制成新型复合电接触材料 .测试表明 ,该材料具有较好的综合性能 ,并较原有的银基复合电接触材料节银达 5 % .该材料已制成元件装配在开关上 ,并通过了开关试验 。
The result of research and development on a new type of electrocontact matertial is reported.Based on the wide used Silver- Tungsten carbide- graphite series electrocontact material,a new type material with titanium carbide additive is worked out. The particles of various additive are coated with silver by chemical coating technique up to the composition of Ag80 ( WC70 Ti30 ) 17- C3( wt% ) . The coated particles are consolidated into bulk material by powder metallurgy procedure. Measurements show that the material has good performance,and uses 5 % less silver. The material has been used in switch components,and passed the switch performance test. It shows that the material has practicability.
