民办高校核心竞争力评价指标体系构建研究

The Construction of Evaluation Index System for the Core Competence of Private Colleges

文章运用核心竞争力理论,结合民办高校的特点,构建了民办高校核心竞争力评价指标体系,利用AHP与专家评判相结合的方法对指标体系进行了评价,并通过案例验证了指标体系和评价模型的通用性和科学性。

Based on the core competence theory and characteristics of private colleges, we design an evaluation index system and evaluate the index system by AHP and expert evaluation methods. Finally our case study shows that the index system and evalution model are widely applicable and scientific.
