土地信息化在科技防腐中的应用

Application of Land Information in Corruption Prevention

随着我国土地出让业务的逐步开展,土地买卖市场产生了大量的问题,既阻碍了土地出让业务的发展,也影响了政府的公信力。本文首先分析了土地买卖以及土地管理中存在的各种问题,对土地信息化在科技防腐中的作用进行了阐述,同时设计了一套国土资源网络交易平台,详细阐述了系统包含的功能模块和设计思路,并对系统安全性设计进行了分析。系统的建立,一方面有助于土地管理部门业务开展,优化了土地买卖流程,另一方面有助于政府反腐倡廉工作的开展。

As the gradual development of Land Leasing Business,a lot of problems were born in land sale market,which obstructing the development of Land Leasing Business,as well as causing bad influence on the credibility of the government.In this paper,firstly,we analyzed the problems existed in both Land Leasing Business and Land Resources Management,stated the positive effect of land information on Corruption Prevention,secondly,designed a Platform of Land Resources Trading through network,elaborating the function modules and the design ideas of the system,as well as analyzing the design of the system safety.On the one hand,the new system can have a good effect on the development of the work of land management department through optimizing the process of the land resources sale,on the other hand,it also can help to carry out the government’s anti-corruption work.
