摘要
目的 :探讨蜂毒对免疫系统的调节作用。方法 :对健康志愿者蜂毒螯刺 ,分别于螯刺前后检测血浆及单个核细胞 (PBMC)经PHA诱导产生的IL 2 IL 4,以及IgG、IgA、IgM、C3,反映机体细胞免疫及体液免疫功能变化。结果 :蜂疗后机体血浆及诱导PBMC产生的IL 2含量明显增高 ,血浆IL 4含量明显降低 ,诱生PBMC产生的IL 4无明显变化 ,同时血浆中的IgG、IgA、IgM、C3的量在蜂疗前后无明显变化。结论 :蜂毒对机体免疫系统有直接作用 ,蜂毒通过增强TH1细胞功能 ,对机体细胞免疫功能起正向调节作用。
Objective:To study the regulatory effect of the honey bee venom on the immune system.Methods:The level of IL-2、IL-4、IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE and C3 in their plasma and supernatant of PBMC induced with PHA were detected before and after stinguishing to volunteers.Results:After stinging,the level of IL-2 in both plasma and induced PBMC rised significanly,the level of IL-4 in plasma marked reducded,however,the level of IL-4 in induced PBMC as well as IgG、IgA、IgM and C3 has no distinct changes Conclusion:The Bee venom have a direct effect on the human immune system.Bee venom can regulate the immune system by enhancing the function of body's cellular immunity
