摘要
针对低浓度含氧煤层气深冷液化制取LNG的工艺特点,论述了其工艺流程中脱水环节的重要性,阐述了吸附脱水的原理,并就脱水技术方法的选择、脱水装置中吸附塔数量的设置、脱水吸附剂的装填方式的运用以及再生加热系统的拟定等进行了分析,为低浓度含氧煤层气制取LNG脱水装置的研制提供了一定的参考。
Based on the technological characteristic of cryogenic method for preparation of LNG with low-concentration oxygen-containing coal-bed methane,this paper discussed the importance of dewatering link in the preparation process of LNG with low-concentration oxygen-containing coal-bed methane and the principle of absorption dewatering,analyzed the selection of technical solutions for dewatering,the determination of the number of adsorption towers in the dewatering unit, the application of loading ways for the dewatering adsorbent and the drawing-up of the regenerative heating system. All of these can provide a certain reference for the development of the dewatering unit of LNG preparation with low-concentration oxygen-containing coal-bed methane.
