摘要
目的探讨某院尿路感染的病原菌分布特点及常用药物耐药情况。方法回顾性分析332例次定量尿培养阳性及其药敏鉴定结果。结果定量尿培养阳性标本共检出30种病原菌,居前6位的分别是大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、屎肠球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、奇异变形杆菌、粪肠球菌,该院常用的5种治疗尿路感染药物头孢噻肟、头孢西叮、环丙氟哌酸、氧哌嗪青霉素、复方新诺明都出现了严重的耐药性。结论临床上应高度重视和规范使用抗生素,及时了解病原菌的分布与耐药性的变迁,恰当使用抗菌药物。
Objective To research the pathogen distribution characteristics of a hospital urinary tract infection and its drug resistance of the commonly used medicine. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on the results of 332 cases with quantitative urine culture positive and their drug susceptibility testing. Results 30 kinds of pathogens were cul- tured and isolated form positive specimens of quantitative urine culture, the first six were E. coli, K. pneumonia ,E. faeci urn, S. haemolyticus, P. mirabilis, E. faecalis, and they had serious resistance to cefotaxime, eefoxitin, ciprofloxacin, piperacillin, SMZ-TMP that this hospital was used to treat urinary tract infection. Conclusion The clinic should pay atten- tion to and strengthen the standard of using antibiotics, and know the distribution of pathogen and the change of drug re- sistance, and properly use antibiotics.
