摘要
人员是CNAS-CL02:《医学实验室质量和能力认可准则》(ISO 15189:2007)中技术要求的第一要素,是科室全面质量管理的执行主体。在军队医院精简编制的形势下,医院发展,包括检验科,面临着人才短缺的问题。本文从检验科人员构成特点、人员素质培养、归属感建立、人才队伍建设等方面,对军队综合医院检验科人员管理初步探讨。
Personnel,the first element of the technical requirements in Accreditation Criteria for the Quality and Competence of Medical Laboratories,which equated with international standard ISO 15189: 2007,is the performer of the laboratory total quality management.Under the circumstance of reducing personnel allocation,military hospital,including clinical laboratory,have to face the problem of talents shortage.The article briefly discusses human resource management in clinical laboratory of military comprehensive hospital from several aspects,such as the staff composition characteristic,the training of staff quality,the sense of belonging to department and the talents construction.
