摘要
华仁杏Armeniaca cathayana D.L.Fu et al.是2010年发表一新种,为我国六大战略性干果树种之一。为研究该种植物的SSR引物,利用8份华仁杏材料对65对公开发表的近缘植物的SSR引物进行了扩增,筛选出31对可扩增出清晰片段的SSR引物。利用这些引物对60份华仁杏材料的遗传多样性水平进行了分析,共检测出138个等位基因位点,平均等位位点数为4.5个;平均多态性信息含量指数为0.72,平均每个位点的Nei’s基因多样性值为0.575 4。其中,鉴别能力最强的2对引物为BPPCT030和aprigms18。
Armeniaca cathayana D.L. Fu et al. is a new species published in 2010, which is also one of the six strategic nut tree species in China. In order to find out its SSR primers, 65 pairs of published SSR primers from kindred plants were amplified with eight samples from A. cathayana, and 31 pairs of SSR primers were screened out, by which clean fragments can be obtained. The genetic diversity level of 60 samples in A. cathayana were analyzed by using 31 pairs of primers, total 138 alleles were detected. The results show that average number of alleles per site is 4.5, average value of polymorphism information index is 0.72, average value of Nei's gene diversity is 0.575 4. BPPCT030 and aprigms 18 are the two pairs of primers with stronger identification ability.
