城镇化背景下我国竞技体育均衡发展研究

Study on Proportionate Development of Competitive Sports in the Context of Urbanization in China

通过对我国城镇化进程与竞技体育非均衡发展的现状分析,提出了促进我国竞技体育均衡发展的策略:以竞赛为杠杆,以传统特色为依托,调整项目布局;以教育部门为主导的分层、分级的后备人才培养模式;挖掘非奥项目的社会价值,多途径提高其影响力,促进其传承与发展;丰富竞技体育举办方式,形成多元共生的办赛格局。在逐步实现上述目标的基础上,带动竞技体育各方面的均衡发展,从而促进其可持续发展。

In order to solve these problems above, we should adjust the layout of the present analyse sport items, taking competitions as a method and traditional features as our basis, form a graded cultivation mode of reserved athletes, which is leaded by the education department, explore the value of non-Olympic items to increase its influence on the public and also promoting its inheritance and development, and organize competitions in dif- ferent way to finally form a pluralistic competition structure. On the basis of gradually achieve the above goals, the development of competitive sports will be balanced and become sustainable.
