摘要
重庆地区率先在楼面保温中大规模应用全轻混凝土技术,由于陶粒是多孔结构,密度比水小,造成全轻混凝土施工过程中陶粒易上浮,并且和易性差、易泌水。针对这些问题,采用在其中掺入适量纤维素醚对全轻混凝土改性。本次实验主要研究了砂率、纤维素醚掺量的变化对全轻混凝土强度、干密度的影响。研究结果表明:适宜的砂率能提高全轻混凝土强度、改善和易性,在全轻混凝土施工中应严格控制砂率。适量的纤维素醚能大大改善全轻混凝土的工作性能、减少上浮,提高强度。
Full lightweight aggregate concrete technology is used as floor insulation in Chongqing, there are some problems in the process of construction, such as ceramisite floating, workability poor, and bleeding, because of the ceramisite porous and its density lower than water. In order to solve the problem , the experiment add hydroxy propyl methylcellulose ester(HPMC) in full lightweight aggregate concrete. In this paper, it is researched of the influence of different sand ratio and dosage of HPMC on the concrete strength and dry density. It shows that proper sand ratio and dosage of HPMC can enhance the strength, improve its workability, and reduce the risk of aggregate floating.
