摘要
对发动机缸体曲轴孔加工工艺进行了分析,并对专用机床整体方案以及专用夹具结构、刀具结构、主运动传动等机床关键设计技术进行了介绍。发动机缸体曲轴孔精加工专用机床的成功研制并投入使用,为企业带来显著的经济效益,也为同类专用机床的研发提供了良好借鉴。
The process of the engine cylinder crankshaft hole was analyzed firstly,and then the key design techniques of the special machine tool such as special fixture structure,tool structure,the main motion drive system and it's overall program were expatiated.The successful development of the special machine tool of engine cylinder crankshaft hole and put into use,brought significant economic benefits for the enterprise,and also provides well reference for similar research and development of special machine tools.
