摘要
结合乳粉工厂实际生产情况对空间菌进行了研究与控制,从风、水、气系统及工艺卫生环境等方面分析,确定了易受污染的控制点,并进行验证。工艺卫生方面主要从包装材料、洁净区人员卫生、人员接触区域、粉尘较多区域、交叉环境、后处理工段及库房几个方面论述了空间菌对生产工艺卫生环境的影响。其中,洁净区人员卫生的影响较大,其次是粉尘区、交叉污染区域、人员接触区域、库房及后处理工段。经过对各控制点的针对性治理,各控制点的空间菌情况得到进一步的提升。
The paper considering production situation of powder factory analysis and control on space bacteria, from wind, water, gas system and process environment, determine the control points of vulnerable to pollution, to verify and analysis. Results show that the control point of wind system had no effect on environment, production water and compressed air system had no effect. Process health mainly analysis from packaging materials, clean sanitation, personnel contact area, dust more regional, cross environment, post-processing workshop and warehouse space and some other aspects. Clean area personnel health greatly influenced production environment, followed by dust zone, cost contamina- tion area, staff contact area, warehouse and post processing section. Each control points" space bacteria get further improvement through con- troling each control points.
