无痛微创和术后中医熏洗治疗复杂肛瘘20例

20 Cases of Complex Anal Fistula Treated with Painless Minimally Invasive and Chinee Herb Steaming and Washing

目的探讨无痛微创治疗和术后中医熏洗在复杂肛瘘方面的临床应用效果。方法我院就诊的复杂肛瘘患者40例随机分为两组,治疗组20例,行无痛微创手术治疗,术后使用自制中药制剂进行熏洗。对照组采用传统切开手术治疗。对比两组手术的时间长短、术后疼痛、恢复时间及术后并发症情况。结果治疗组和对照组比较,手术所用时间相对缩短了(20.0±0.2)min,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组术后疼痛持续时间(0.3±0.1)d,创面愈合时间(0.3±0.1)d,并发症率0%,低于对照组的20%,两组对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论无痛微创手术和术后中医熏洗治疗复杂肛瘘,可降低手术对肛周组织损伤,保留肛门收缩功能,恢复时间快,并发症少,不易复发,值得临床推广。

Objective to discuss the clinical effect of painless minimally invasive and Chinese herb steaming and washing method treating complex anal fistula. Method 40 patients with complex anal fistula divided into two groups, 20 eases in the observation group, treated with painless minimally invasive, and Chinese herb steaming and washing after the operation. Then compared the length of operation time, the postoperative pain, the recovery time and the postoperative complications after operation. Result Compared the treatment group and observation group, the treatment group＇s operation time shortened（ 20.0 ±0. 2 ） min, the difference was Significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; the treatment group＇s pain time after the op- eration （0.3 ±0. 1 ）d and the wound healing time （0.3±0. 1 ）d were 20% lower than the treatment group. The differ- ences between the two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Painless minimally invasive and Chinese herb steaming and washing method treating complex anal fistula, can reduce operation on perianal tissue injury, preserving the contraction function of anal, recovery soon, fewer complications, less recurrence, it is worth for the clinical promotion.
