内螺旋曲面轴向铣削方法与切削力算法研究

摘要 针对螺杆钻具马达定子大升角内螺旋面,提出了轴向盘形铣刀铣削加工方法。根据刀具和工件的成形运动关系建立了铣削加工的几何模型,推导了切削力预测的计算公式。在相同切削参数下,对预测公式计算结果与有限元仿真结果进行了比较。为机床传动机构设计和切削参数优化提供了基础。 For the cutting of the inner helical surface on the PDM's stator which has large lead distance,the article proposes axial milling method using a disc-mill cuter.Geometric model of the cutting is studied and the force prediction formula is derived according to the moving relationship of the tool and the workpiece.The finite element method model and simulation of the cutting process are studied.In the condition with the same cutting parameters,simulation results and the prediction calculation results are compared.It provides basic research to the design of transmission mechanism and the optimization of cutting parameters.
