两种FRP-混凝土组合梁对比试验及界面抗剪 被引量:5

Comparative Experimental and Theoretical Study on the Interfacial Shear Behavior of Two Types FRP-concrete Composite Beams

摘要 为研究FRP型材-混凝土组合梁界面连接方式及界面抗剪计算方法,对FRP小型材和钢螺栓2种剪力键形式进行了对比研究.对1根纯FRP梁、2根剪力键为FRP小工字梁、3根剪力键为钢螺栓的组合梁进行了四点弯曲试验.对比不同梁的承载力、破坏模式、刚度等.研究了不同连接形式及连接程度对组合梁性能的影响.推导了界面纵向抗剪承载力计算公式.试验和理论研究结果表明:钢螺栓剪力键传递界面剪力的效率和极限承载力较FRP小工字梁剪力键高. Shear Connector is the important components of FPR-concrete composite beam.In order to study the interfacial shear behavior of FRP-concrete composite beams with two frequently-used types of shear connectors-FRP profiles and steel bolts,6 composite beam specimens under four-point loading were tested,which are one FRP beam,two beams with FRP I-beams shear connectors,and the rest 3 beams with steel bolts connectors.Through comparing bearing capacity,failure modes,stiffness of different beams,the effects of different connectors and degrees of connecting on composite beams were investigated.It is concluded that the efficiency of beam with steel bolt to transfer interface shear and the bearing capacity are better than that of beam with FRP I-beam shear connector.Last,analytical formulas are derived to calculate the longitudinal shear capacity of FRP-concrete composite beams.
