摘要 利用有限元软件MSC.Marc仿真研究了7075铝合金大规格厚板的非对称淬火变形问题。结果表明:翘曲变形量严重受上下板面换热系数比与板厚影响,残余应力主要受板厚影响,而板宽对变形量与残余应力影响较小。 The asymmetrical quenching deformations of large-scale 7075 aluminum alloy plates were analyzed by FEM software MSC. Marc. The simulation results show that deformation is severely affected by heat transfer coefficient ratio between the two surfaces and plate depth, and the residual stresses are mainly influenced by plate depth, while plate width has little influenc on both of the deformation and residual stress.
