自制固定撑开架清洗窥阴器效果观察

A homemade holder for cleaning vaginal speculum:effect evaluation

目的提高窥阴器清洗和灭菌质量,有效控制医院感染。方法将临床使用过的窥阴器412件设为对照组,清洗时将窥阴器打开后平放于清洗筐内;另416件设为观察组,打开窥阴器后套在自制固定撑开架上。然后将清洗筐或固定撑开架放到清洗架采用全自动清洗机清洗。采用目测法、8倍放大镜法及潜血试验比较两组清洗效果。结果目测和8倍放大镜检查观察组合格率显著高于对照组,潜血试验阳性率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论使用自制固定撑开架清洗窥阴器,可提高清洗质量。

Objective To improve cleaning and sterilization quality of vaginal speculum,and to control hospital infection effectively.Methods Four hundred and twelve vaginal speculums after clinical use were treated as controls and opened and placed in cleaning baskets; the other 416 speculums were served as the observation group and were opened and positioned on homemade holders.Then the baskets and holders were put on the cleaning shelf and cleaned by using automatic washing machine.Visual observation,8 times magnification under a microscope and occult blood test were used to evaluate cleaning effects between the two groups.Results The qualified rates obtained by visual observation and 8 times magnification under a microscope were significantly higher,while the positive rate of occult blood test was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group（P＜0.05 for all）.Conclusion Cleaning quality of vaginal speculum can be improved by using homemade holder.
