体验式职业指导在医学院校中的开展——以南京医科大学为例

Application of vocational guidance experiential in medical university——Taking Nanjing Medical University as an example

随着高等教育改革的进一步深化,我国的医学教育也有了跨越式的发展。但是由于医学院校的大量扩招、就业岗位需求层次的提高以及医学生自我定位与现实的差异,使得医学生特别是本科生的就业率和就业层次逐年下降。寻找一个有效的职业指导模式就显得尤其重要。而体验式职业指导模式的出现就给高校的职业指导提供了新方法与新思路,南京医科大学在这方面做了很好的尝试。

With the further deepening of reform in higher education, medical institutions have also been developing by leaps and bounds. Employment of medical students from medical schools has also become a major issue to be solved. Experiential model of experiential guidance vocational appears to provide new methods and new ideas. In the aspect, Nanjing Medical University has done a good try.
