摘要 以研究汽车发动机转速传感器关键位置度尺寸量具为例,将Minitab软件强大的统计、分析和计算功能运用到量具优化研究之中.随机抽取10件零件为测量样本,通过实验获取测量数据.利用Minitab对测量数据进行分析,计算量具重复性和再现性,确定位置度量具失效的主要原因,探讨位置度量具的优化方法.通过对量具夹紧结构进行改进,并由实验验证其可行性,从而解决量具失效问题,确保测量数据的准确性,提高产品的测量精度. The paper conducted a research on key position speed sensor of automobile engine size measuring tool as an example, for studying the optimization of measuring tools by using the powerful Minitab software statistics, analysis and calculation functions. It randomly selected 10 parts as a measurement sample and obtained the measurement data by experiment. It then analyzed the measured data with Minitab and calculated the repeatability and reproducibility of the device. It also worked out the causes of failure in measuring and explored how to optimize the measuring method. It finally improved measuring clamp structure, and verified its feasibility through experiments. The results show that the problem of measuring failure was solved and the measurement accuracy of the product was improved.
