中印非传统安全领域合作初探

China-India Non-Traditional Security Cooperation : A Tentative Analysis

近年来中国与印度在非传统安全领域的合作取得一些积极成果。不过,双方的合作也面临一些不利因素。对此,尽可能克服合作中的不利因素,积极应对非传统安全问题带来的挑战已成为中印两国当务之急。本文认为中印在非传统安全领域上有着较大的合作空间,但能否实现有效合作还有待双方共同努力。

Recent years see a rise of Sino-Indian collaboration in the area of non-traditional security and the two countries, how- ever, also face some formidable obstacles in the process.Therefore, it is of great importance for them to remove the nega- tive factors to move toward more tangible cooperation.This paper argues that there is room large enough for the two sides to enhance their cooperation in various non-traditional security dimensions.And the cooperation could be credibly effective only if the two sides are willing to work together in future.
