摘要
依据 S2 - 能催化碱性品红褪色的指示反应 ,建立了测定微量 S2 - 的催化动力学分析法 .在 p H9.2 0的硼砂缓冲介质中 ,室温 ( 1 0℃ )下 ,本法线性测定范围为 0 .0 3— 2 .0 0 mg/L,检测下限为 0 .0 1 6μg/m L ,除 SO2 - 3外 ,其余离子不影响测定 .SO2 - 3的干扰可加入甲醛除去 .用本法测定了水样和模拟样品中 S2 -的含量 ,结果令人满意 .
A catalytic kinetics spectrophotometry for the determination of trace sulfide is proposed based on the decolorizing reaction of magenta in which S 2- is an effective catalyst.In the borax buffer medium,the calibration graph of S 2- is linear in the range of 0 03-2 00μg/mL,and the limit of detection is 0.016μg/mL.The interference of SO 2- 3 can be effectively eliminated by adding appropriate amount of formaldehyde,and those of Hg 2+ ,IO - 3,Pb 2+ and Ag + by adding KI,NaOH and CN -,respectively.
