摘要
目的:明确老年异常Q波的发病机制,并观察异常Q波心电图改变情况,分析心电图改变的意义。方法:采用回顾分析法对2012年4月-2013年3月笔者所在医院收治的148例老年异常Q波病患资料进行分析,在进行临床诊断的同时予以心电图、心肌酶谱以及超声心动图进行临床检测。结果:异常Q波心电图改变,是部分心肌梗死患者的临床表现,因此异常Q波表现可分为心肌梗死型患者与非心肌梗死型患者。非梗死性Q波患者心肌酶谱升高、心瓣膜出现病变征象,而Q波心肌梗死患者Q波异常且ST-T段发生改变,出现不同部位的心肌梗死。结论:根据异常Q波的临床特点进行动态变化的分析,判断患者是否为心肌梗死型,提高确诊率。
Objective： To clear the pathogenesis of senile abnormal Q wave, and observe the abnormal Q wave in ECG changes, analysis of ECG change significance.Method： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2012 April to March 2013 treated 148 cases of elderly patients with abnormal Q wave were analyzed in clinical diagnosis, at＇the same time he electrocardiogram, ultrasound heartbeat graph of myocardial enzymes and clinical detection. Result： Abnormal Q wave in ECG, clinical manifestations of myocardial infarction patients with abnormal Q wave, so the performance can he divided into myocardial infarction in patients with non myocardial infarction patients.Spectrum increased, heart valve lesions appear signs of non-infarcted myocardial enzyme in patients with Q wave, Q wave myocardial infarction in patients with abnormal Q wave and ST-T segment changes, in different parts of the myocardial infarction.Conclusion： The analysis of dynamically according to the clinical characteristics of abnormal Q wave, to judge whether the patients for myocardial infarction, type, to improve the diagnosis rate.
