摘要
金属氧化物气体传感器的气敏特性为非线性,难以用于气体组分定量测量。本文在分析该类传感器气敏特性的基础上,提出了一种非线性处理方法。该方法先采用数据预处理技术来解决测量电路的非线性,然后根据其在双对数域中存在线性或近似线性关系的原理通过三点标定进行非线性修正。验证实验证明该方法可以解决该类传感器的非线性问题,获得较高精度的测量结果。
The sensitivity characteristics of metal oxide gas sensors is nonlinear, that makes it difficult for the gas concentration measuring. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of such sensors, a nonlinear processing method is proposed. The method first solve the nonlinear of measurement circuit by data preprocessing technology. Then, based on the sensitivity principles of linear or nearly linear relationship in the double logarithmic domain, a nonlinear correction method using three-point calibration is given. The experiments show that this method can solve the nonlinear problem of such sensors, and improve the measurement accuracy.
