浅谈张家口地区风电运行及问题分析

张家口地区是全国少有的风能集中区。随着地区风电的跨越式发展,风力发电与电网安全运行的矛盾日益凸显。通过对地区风电场发展运行的现状、特点进行分析,找出了目前风力发电存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,有效提升了风电输出的稳定性,遏制风电大规模脱网,确保地区电网安全运行。

Zhangjiakou region is the rare wind energy concentrated area,with the leapfrog development of wind power in the area, the contradiction between the wind power and safe operation of the grid has become increasingly promi- nent. Through analyzing the development and operation status of regional wind farm and it＇s characteristics to identify the current problems of wind power, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which effectively increasing the stability of wind power output and curbing large-scale off-grid wind power to ensure the safe operation of regional power grid.
