摘要
目的:对微生物来源化合物SIPI-763-1抗生素进行研究分析,为今后的临床合理用药提供可靠的参考依据。方法:采取培养基优化、大规模发酵、发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取、硅胶柱分离等措施,自SIPI-763菌株发酵液中分离得到SIPI-763-1化合物,分析其结构、生物学活性。结果:SIPI-763-1属于核苷化合物,同丰加霉素结构一致,具有较强的抗真菌活性。结论:SIPI-763-1化合物为抗真菌抗生素的主要活性成分,在今后的临床抗生素应用中值得给予关注。
Objective:Sources of microbial compound SIPI-763-1 antibiotic research and analysis for future clinical therapy to provide a reliable reference. Methods:A medium optimization, large scale fermentation, fermentation broth extracted with ethyl acetate, silica gel column and other measures SIPI-763 strain from the fermentation broth isolated SIPI-763-1 compound, analytical methods for its structure and biological activity. Results : SIPI -763 -1 belongs to nucleoside compound, consistent with the abundance plus amphotericin structure has strong antifungal activity. Conclusion:SIPI-763-1 compound is anti-fungal antibiotic, the main active ingredient, the clinical use of antibiotics in the future worthy of their attention.
