本文从决策支持系统 (DSS)的结构和功能切入 ,详尽介绍了DSS的发展演变过程 ,即TPS→MIS→DSS→ES→IDSS→IIDSS ,分析了DSS发展的必然性和可行性 ,最后探讨了极具发展前景的基于信息管理系统新兴核心技术 -数据仓库 (DW )的集成化IDSS的发展框架。

From the angle of structure and function,the paper elaborates the evolution and development of DSS,that is,TPS MIS DSS ES IDSS IIDSS,analyses the inexorable law and practicality of development of DSS,makes an inquiry into the promising integrated IDSS development frame which based on the new kernel technology in information management system data warehouse and data mining.
