摘要
通过高效液相色谱测定灰天鹅油中VA含量为0.88 mg/kg,VE含量为2.24 mg/kg,并将VE的含量与大豆、花生、黄芝麻、黑芝麻等植物油进行比较,结果发现上述4种植物性油脂中灰天鹅油的VE含量与花生油的最接近。
Vitamin A and E in gray swan oil are determined. The result shows that concentration of vitamin A is 0.88 mg/kg and vitamin E is 2.24 mg/kg. Concentration of vitamin E in gray swan oil is compared with soybean oil, peanut oil, yellow sesame oil, black sesame oil, the result indicates that during the above four kinds of vegetable oils, the concentration of vitamin E in gray swan oil is similar with peanut oil.
