Migration Rules of Fluorescent Whitening Agent in Paper

摘要 建立以水为提取剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定纸张中荧光增白剂迁移量的方法。该方法提取温度40℃,提取时间2 h,提取剂用量40 mL·g^(-1)。定量标准曲线为y=38.31x+0.264(R^2=0.9996),当浓度在0~30μg·mL^(-1)范围内时,浓度和吸光度有很好的线性关系,方法检出限0.04μg·g^(-1),回收率为85%~90%,6次平行测量相对标准偏差RSD小于3%,表明该方法准确可靠,可用于纸张中荧光增白剂迁移量的测定。 UV-Spectrophotometry Quantitative method for determining fluorescent whitening agent (FWAs) in paper with water for extraction agent was studied. On the condition of extraction temperature time was 40℃ and time was 2hs the extraction amount was 40 mL water per 1 gram paper. If the concentrations of FWAs were from 0 to 30 μg·mL^-1, they had a linear relationship with absorbance. Moreover, the calibration curve was y=38.31x+0.264, and R2=0.9996, the limits of detections is 0.04μg·g ^-1, the average recovery was from 85% to 90%, RSD of six results were less than 3%. These results showed the method has high precision and reliability and can be used to determine migration amount of fluorescent whitening agent in paper.
