某院2012年中药注射剂用药情况分析

Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine injections in a hospital in 2012

目的通过对2012年安徽省合肥市第二人民医院中药注射剂使用量、金额等进行分析、统计,为中药注射剂管理、临床合理使用提供参考。方法采用列表分析的方法对该院中药注射剂用药品种、金额、数量、用药频度等用药情况进行分析。结果中药注射剂共6个类别,32个品种规格,其中理血剂有18个品种规格,销售金额、销售量、使用频度均较大,显示理血剂在治疗心脑血管病方面有较大优势。结论该院中药注射剂用药基本合理,部分药品存在用量过大、疗程过长、费用较高,需加强管理。

Objective By analyzing the application amount of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections and amount of money in Hefei Municipal Second People＇s Hospital in Anhui province in 2012 ,to provide reference for management and reasonable use in clinic of TCM injections. Methods List analysis was adopted on variety of TCM injections,amount of money, quantity and defined daily dose （DDD） to analyze the situation of medication of TCM injection. Results There were total of 6 categories in TCM injection and 32 specifications, 18 specifications which belonged to blood-regulating recipes. The sales amount, quantity of sales used amount and DDD of 18 specifications of blood-regulating recipes were large ,which showed that blood-regulating recipes had great advantages in treating heart and cerebral vascular diseases. Conclusion The use of TCM injections in the hospital was basically rational, however, the excessive use, long course of treatment and high cost were existed in some drugs, which should be strengthened.
