摘要
作者用电接触电阻加热的方法成功地对低塑性、高硬度高铬铸铁实现了挤(滚)压加工。通过大量的实验,研究了主要的电、工艺参数对表面粗糙度,表面显微硬度和组织等的影响,并得到如下主要结论: 1、能有效地降低表面粗糙度,使R_?从13~25μm降低到~1.5μm,甚至R_?达0.05~0.055μm。 2、挤(滚)压几乎不改变零件的直径的尺寸。 3、经挤(滚)压加工后,高铬铸铁的相组织没有变化。 4、本工艺可用於内、外圆柱和圆锥的加工,并能部份替代磨削,是难加工材料的一种经济而有效的光整加工方法。
Authers of the paper successfully realized extrusion (rolling) process withelectric heating for low -- plasticity、high -- hardness high -- chromium castiron.Mass experimental work has been taken to study the effects of main techni-cal electric parameters on surface roughness、surface microhardness and stru-cture etc. And main conclusion may he given as the following: 1、Surface roughness is decreased efficiently. The Rz is decreased from13~25μm to ~1.5μm, even R_a to 0.05~0.055μm. 2、Extruding (Rolling ) almost did not change the size of parts diameter. 3、The metallographic structure of high -- chromium cast iron under goingthis extrusion (rolling ) process is unchanged. 4、Extrusion (Rolling) with electric heating can be used to machine bothinside outside cylinder and cone. It is have been able to replace grinding partly.It is a economical and efficient approach for finish machining pf the low -- mac-hinability metals.
