摘要
针对航空起落架在磁粉检测中内壁无法检测的问题,利用工业视频内窥镜替代人眼进行观察。通过系列试验验证了内窥镜观察的可靠性和灵敏度情况,并确定相关干扰因素,总结出指导现场磁粉检测的方法。
Industrial video borescope is used instead of human eyes to observe the problem that the inner wall of aviation landing gear can't be detected with magnetic particle testing. The reliability and sensitivity of the observation by industrial video borescope are investigated by a series of experiments to establish the relevant interference factors and summarize the method of instructing the magnetic particle testing on-site.
