摘要
采用国标分析方法对鱼粉的主要成分进行测定,重点分析了鱼粉的氨基酸含量,并建立了鱼粉的氨基酸图谱库,对鱼粉的品质评价起到了很好的借鉴作用。
National standard was used to analyze the main composition and the amino acids of the fish meal. The spectrum diagram of amino acids is established. The quality of the fish meal can be got a overall evaluation.
