摘要
本文提出用校正因子法补偿基体效应对待测元素谱线强度的影响。考察了ICP工作参数对校正因子的影响,在优化的条件下,14个稀土元素的校正因子值为1.10~1.40,其波动系数<7.5%。对高纯氧化钇试样进行了分析,并将所得结果同基体匹配法作了比较,分析误差基本符合痕量分析要求。本法的优点是省去了基体匹配,这对高纯稀土分析有一定参考价值。
A method for the determination of 14 rare earth elements in high-purity yttrium oxide is described by using ecorrection factor method without matrix matching. The effects cf ICP parameters on correction factor were investigated. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the correction factors for 14 rare earth elements were 1. 10~1. 40, and the relative standard deviation in the range of 2. 4 to 7. 5%. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of the high-purity yttrium oxide, and results are in good agreement with those obtained by matrix matching.
