摘要
简化和推广疲劳裂纹尺寸通用计算公式 ,用 11种钢材 33个试样的疲劳裂纹扩展数据进行了检验 ,其计算值和试验值的误差都在 10 %以内 ;将传统的疲劳评定方法和疲劳裂纹尺寸通用计算公式联合使用 ,提出了构件疲劳裂纹的分段评定法 ;对特殊工况提出了监测评定法。提高了计算精度 ,扩大了评定范围 ,对构件的安全评定具有重要的实用价值。
The general calculation formulas for sizing the propagation of fatigue cracks published in articles 1 and 2 have been simplified, extended and verified with experimental data regarding 33 samples made of 11 materials, the difference between the calculated data and experimental data are within 10%. Using the conventional method along with the general calculation formulars for fatigue assessment, author established the assessing method step by step for the fatigue propagation of structure and the monitoring assessing method to certain operation cases. The calculation accuracy raised and the assessment scope extended, being significant in application for safety review of partical structure.
