摘要
传统冲压机械加工生产工艺落后,以人工操作冲床为主,自动化程度较低,效率低下。针对这种情况,我们研发了一种可以实现冲压机械工艺全自动生产的旋转机械手,该机械手控制系统以凌阳SPMC75F2413A单片机作为控制核心,实现了冲压机械生产工艺的自动化,通过更换机械手爪可以实现对多种产品的抓取,大幅度提高生产效率,生产过程安全可靠。由于五金冲压行业使用的冲床只需更换模具就可以使用原来的设备生产出其他产品或者按照新的工艺进行生产,机械手也只需要开发出新的手爪形式就可以适应新的工件的抓取,而控制系统基本可以保持不变,通用性强,所以该套控制系统对提高冲压行业产品更新换代的速度,保持产品在市场中的领先地位有极其重要的作用。
The traditional stamping process is very lagging,which mainly operates with manual stamping.As the way has low degree of automation and low efficiency,it developed a rotary robot which can achieve automatic production of stamping mechanical process.The core of the control system is the Sunplus SPMC75F2413A microcontroller,and it achieves the automation of the production of stamping machinery,which also can be used by replacing various manipulator crawl to grab different products.The design improves the production efficiency significantly and the production process is more safe and reliable.Because metal stamping industries can produce other products or modify the production process simply by replacing the original mold,robots only need to develop new forms of gripper that adapt to the new workpiece,and the control system can be basically unchanged and thus in common use,so the set of control system can improve the product replacement rate and maintain the product leadership position in the market.All these nake it extremely important for the industry.
