摘要
重庆第二师范学院在"国培计划"农村小学英语教师培训项目,从提升参训教师教学研究能力的视角来促进教师课堂教学能力的提高,将行动研究与影子研修结合起来,探索出了"在影子研修中行动,在行动研究中成长"的培训模式,通过培养教师教学研究能力,促进教师反思自己的教学活动,改革自己的教学方法,提高自己的教学效果,从而促进教师可持续性专业发展。
From the perspective of the improvement of researching ability in teaching, when implementing the program of training rural primary English teacher in National Teacher Training Program, Chongqing University of Education manages to combine shadow training with action research, and explore an effective training mode of "Action in Shadow Training, Development from Action Research". The focus of the training mode is that improvement of teachers^researching ability in teaching makes it possible for teachers to reflect their teaching activities, to reform their teaching methods, and thus to accelerate their sustainable professional development.
