结合产学研协同创新与产业集群的相关理论,提出产业集群背景下的产学研协同创新运行机制模型;基于运行机制模型,根据重庆电子信息产业集群及该领域内产学研协同创新的现状,从动力机制、组织机制、分配机制、调节系统、支撑系统、环境系统提出改善建议。

Combining with the collaborative innovation and industrial cluster theories, the paper puts forward cooperative innovation mechanism model under the background of industrial cluster. Based on the mechanism model, according to Chongqing＇ s present situation of electronic information industry cluster and industry - university - institute collaborative innovation in the field, the paper proposes the improvement suggestion for dynamic, organization, and distribution mecha- nisms and regulation, supporting and environment systems.
