摘要
医用恒温箱主要用于药品、试剂的储存,血液的冷藏保温等,它需要一个低温的恒温环境。本文以血液存储为背景,基于半导体制冷原理设计加工出一个医用恒温箱。首先用三维软件Solidworks设计出箱体的三维模型,以此为依据加工出实体,然后采用继电器开关控制进行温度的恒温控制,进行实验验证,结果表明所设计的半导体制冷恒温箱,能够满足血液存储的恒温要求。
Medical oven is mainly used for storing drugs , reagents and blood Refrigerating etc.it requires a cryo-genic temperature environment.In this paper , in order to make a better Blood storage , we designed and processed a medical incubator based on the principles of semiconductor refrigeration.At the beginning, 3D software Solidworks is used for designing three -dimensional model of the box , based on which we processed the entity , and then rela-ying switch control method designed the temperature control system , and finally experimental verification.The re-sults show that the semiconductor cooling thermostat designed could meet the blood storage requirements for constant temperature.
