矿用近水平定向钻进螺杆钻具组合孔斜力参数敏感性分析 被引量:3

摘要 煤矿井下近水平定向钻进过程中,通过弯外管螺杆钻具传递给钻头的孔斜力大小和方向,直接影响到钻孔轨迹的延伸。文章利用纵横弯曲法建立了数学模型,对弯外管螺杆钻具进行二维受力变形分析,得出影响钻头孔斜力的主要因素,通过开发相应的分析软件进行模拟计算,对影响钻头孔斜力的钻具组合、钻孔轨迹和钻进工艺这三类主要因素做了定量参数敏感性分析,并对影响钻头孔斜力大小的六大因素进行了排序:L1>γ>K>EI>α0>P B,此结论可作为煤矿井下定向钻孔施工相关参数选择的参考依据。 During the subhorizontal directional drilling process in the underground mine, the borehole inclined force size and direction of the drilling bit driven by the bended crew drill tool would directly affect to the extension of the borehole trace. A vertical and horizontal bending method was applied to establish a mathematical model. A two dimension stressed deformation analysis was conducted on the screw drill tool of bending outer tube and the major factors affected to the inclined force of the drilling bit were obtained. With the simulation calculation conducted with the analysis software relevantly developed, a quantitative parametric sensitivity analysis was conducted on the three main factors of the drill tool combination, borehole trace and drilling technique affected to the inclined force of the drilling bit. A sequence was made on six factors affected to the inclined force size of the drilling bit and was L1 〉 y 〉 K 〉 E1 〉 co 〉 PB. The conclusion could be the reference basis to select the related parameters of the directional drilling operation in the underground mine.
