栀子西红花总甙对神经、心血管及呼吸系统的影响 被引量:20

Effects of Crocins Extracted from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis on Nervous, Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems

摘要 栀子西红花总甙(7.5, 15及30 mg/kg, iv)对麻醉犬颈动脉收缩压(SAP),舒张压(DAP),平均压(MAP),心率(HR),心电图各参数(P-R间期、QRS波、Q-T间期、T波),呼吸频率及呼吸幅度无明显影响;栀子西红花总甙(35 mg/kg, iv)对小鼠自发活动和机能协调功能无明显影响,与阈下戊巴比妥钠也无明显协同作用;栀子西红花总甙(70 mg/kg, iv)可明显减少小鼠自发活动,但对小鼠机能协调功能无显著影响,与阈下戊巴比妥钠也无明显协同作用;栀子西红花总甙(140 mg/kg)不仅明显减少小鼠自发活动,而且显著影响小鼠机能协调功能,与阈下戊巴比妥钠有明显协同作用。 Crocins (7.5, 15, 30 mg/kg, iv) had no pronounced influences on systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, and t he parameters of ECG in anaesthetized dogs, and had no evident effects on the f requency and amplit ude of respiration either. The studies of the central nervous system showed that crocins (35 mg/kg, iv) did not significantly affect the spontaneous locomotor a ctivity, while it could induce a strong dose-dependent decrease in locomotor a c tivity at doses of 70, 140 mg/kg in mice. Crocins (35, 70 mg/kg, iv) had no effe cts on the function coordination in mice, and had no obviously synergism with sodiu m pentobarbital at subthreshold dose. However, crocins 140 mg/kg could considera bly influence on the function coordination and synergism with sodium pentobarbit al at subthreshold dose in mice.
