摘要
采用双螺杆挤出熔融共混的方法制备了聚甲醛(POM)/玄武岩纤维(BF)复合材料;考察了复合材料的力学性能、球晶形貌和摩擦磨损性能。力学性能研究表面表明,BF明显地提升了POM的拉伸及弯曲性能,偶联剂KH570有效地改善了复合材料的界面。偏光显微镜观察表明,BF的加入减小了POM球晶尺寸,增加了球晶密度。摩擦磨损实验和验扫描电子显微镜观察摩擦表面结果表明,BF有效地改善了POM的摩擦磨损性能。
Polyoxymethylene (POM)/basalt fiber (BF) composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder. The mechanical properties, spherulitic morphology and tribological properties of composites were investigated. Mechanical results showed that BF could significantly reinforce POM resin's tensile and flexures strength, while KH570 coupling agent improved the interface adhesion of the copmposite. Polarizing microscopic observation showed that the incorporation of BF into POM leads to a reduction in the spherulitic size of POM and thus increased the spherulitic density. Friction tests and scanning electron microscopic observation on the wear surface of the composites demonstrated that BF could remarkably improve the wear resistance of POM resin.
