摘要
根据2011-11~2012-02期间采集牡蛎样品测试数据,福建沿海不同海域(宁德、福州、莆田、泉州、厦门、漳州)牡蛎体内各重金属污染程度有很大的差异,其中厦门海域牡蛎重金属含量较其它海域明显偏高。不同重金属的超标情况也有很大不同,相比较其它重金属(Hg、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr),Cd含量普遍超标。厦门海域各采样点牡蛎、海水和表层底泥重金属含量均呈一定相关性,其中Cd、Zn和Cr在牡蛎体内和表层底泥的含量表现为显著相关关系,总体而言,牡蛎与表层底泥重金属含量的相关性高于牡蛎与海水重金属含量的相关性,牡蛎受表层底泥重金属的影响程度要大于受海水重金属的影响。牡蛎体内各组织器官重金属富集程度存在很大的差异,牡蛎的鳃组织各类重金属含量均最高,牡蛎壳富集重金属程度也较高,胃、直肠、闭壳肌、外套膜等组织器官重金属含量较低。
The contents of Hg,Cd,Cu,Zn,Pb and Cr from 6 sampling sites(Ningde,Fuzhou,Putian,Quanzhou,Xiamen,Zhangzhou) in Fujian coastal waters were investigated from November 2011 to February 2012.The results showed that the contents of heavy metals in the oysters from Xiamen are highest.The contents of heavy metals in the oysters were more remarkably correlated with those in the sediments than in the seawater.And the contents of heavy metals in different tissues and organs of oysters were different;the contents of heavy metals in the Gill tissues were higher than other tissues and organs(stomach,rectum,adductor muscle,mantle edge).
