摘要
本文根据E— 6 2 0再沸器的失效形式 ,通过振动分析计算、管子—管板焊接接头的三维有限元应力分析、胀焊性能试验 ,认为失效的原因是壳程流体的横向流作用使管子产生小振幅的振动 ,给管子—管板连接处施加了一周期性的交变应力 ,导致管口疲劳破坏。提出采用折流栅抗振型换热器 ,消除壳程流体的横向流及管束的振动。
This article is based on failure types of the reboiler and calculation of vibration analysis/three-dimension finite element analysis of welding joint between tube and tube-sheet/testing of expansion & welding character. The reason of the failure is that the cross flow function of medium in shell side causes vibration with very small amplitude on the tubes. This vibration forces one kind of cycle alternate stress at the joint between tube and tube-sheet. Thus finally causes the fatigue destroy on the nozzle. This article mentioned that by using baffle grid anti-vibration heat exchanger to remove the cross flow in shell side and remove the vibration on tubes.
